Banana Pudding- A wonderful white cake with banana extract, homemade pudding (no gelatin), and a vanilla wafer on the bottom. It is topped with a light pudding frosting and a vanilla wafer.

Carrot- The classic cake recipe we all know and love. It is topped with a generous amount of cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate- What can I say? It's a chocolate cupcake with a wonderful chocolate cream cheese frosting

Chocolate Chip Cookie- This tastes just like the cookie. The frosting is an eggless cookie dough with mini chocolate chips.

Coconut Cream- Made with real coconut cream, coconut extract, coconut oil, coconut milk, and shredded coconut. It is topped with a creamy coconut frosting with more shredded coconut to top it off.

Cookies and Cream- Oreo cookies are used in the cake batter and are crushed and placed on the frosting.

Pina Colada- Made with pineapples and coconut, this will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. This cake isn't frosted but has shredded baked coconut on top.

Pineapple Upside Down- If you've had the cake, you will love the cupcake. It has a pineapple and cherry baked on the bottom.

Pound cake- Just like grandma's only better. The cupcakes are in the shape of mini bundt cakes. You can choose your flavor. The flavors available are almond, vanilla, lemon, or banana.

Red Velvet- This is the best seller and the cake that started it all. Delicious red velvet cake topped with cream cheese frosting with or without pecans. Southern goodness at its finest.

Strawberry- Made with real strawberries and no gelatin. I worked real hard to make this cake light and delicious. It has a strawberry buttercream frosting.

White Chocolate Macademia Nut (The Meya)- This is nicknamed after a really good friend of mine. A white cake with white chocolate chips and macadeamia nuts mixed in. The frosting is a vanilla frosting with melted white chocolate blended in. It is topped with roasted shredded coconut.

Just give me a cake- If you don't want any of the ones listed above but just a regular cake, then this is for you. You can order a white or yellow cake and your choice of frosting. You can also choose from banana, coconut, almond, vanilla, and lemon for your flavors. This is good for parents who want something simple for the kids. The batter can be dyed cool colors as well as the icing. I can also top it with sprinkles.
